Techniques Used in Thai Massage

The massage client wears loose, comfortable clothes. The client is put into many yoga-like positions during the massage. The therapist leans on the client’s body using hands and usually straight forearms locked at the elbow to apply firm rhythmic pressure. The session includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body.
