HOW TO DE-SEED A POMEGRANATE
(It’s easier than you think)
-
Cut off the crown, then cut the pomegranate into sections (see photo)
-
Place the sections in a bowl of water, then roll out the arils (seeds and their bright red cover) with your fingers. Throw away everything else.
-
Strain out the water, then enjoy the arils whole!!
So pick up a pomegranate this week. So TASTY and GOOD for YOU!!
***Delicious to add the arils to a salad – along with some goat cheese!***
